As CAT 2011 results
are officially declared today, 9 Students have secured 100
percentile in Common Admission Test. The stepping stone to a career
in management, belling the CAT is one of
the major requisites for the thousands of management aspirants in
India.

CAT 2011 will be the gateway to a great

students facing a technical glitch or other issues when accessing
their results. The toll free number is 1800-103-7383 for telephonic
inquiries.
The results have been flooding the Internet and candidates are
frantically searching for their results. An estimated 9 aspirants
have scored a 100 pct.
Those who score a high percentile will be called by prestigious
IIM Kolkotta for a Group Discussion and
Personal Interview from today & with in a week all IIM's would
sent out mail to eligible candidates. There is a good news for
students that now more students can get admission in
Tiruchirapalli, Udaipur and Raipur, as these institutes have
increased their intake from 70 to 120. This will give opportunity
to more students to expect a chance of getting a seat in
prestigious IIM's of the country.
CAT 2011 was conducted to gain
admission to 13 Indian Institutes of Management and over 150
B-schools. This Year IITs made the decision to accept CAT scores instead of conducting a separate Joint
Management Entrance Test. Over 1.85 lakh students gave the
CAT exams this year that was held between
October 22 and November 18.
Those students who scored high in this exam have similar opinion
that taking mock tests and other practice exam to prepare for the
test helped them a lot to score good. When asked about this trend,
professor Moorthy said, " we keep evolving and innovating, but
industry also catches up."
